Telehealth for College Students

Tired of the overthink, over-plan, overwhelm, and shut-down cycle? Do you want MORE from therapy than skills and talk? Try telehealth for college students with Dr. Bike.

Using mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS), you can end exhausting old patterns of anxiousness and perfectionism by gently releasing the pain from the past, so you can respond to life's challenges by choice (instead of by triggered reactions) and live from your authentic self.

Need some help getting your workload managed? Work sessions are a clinical form of body-doubling, developed by Dr. Bike. They can be a real help. We'll review your due dates (e.g., papers, discussion posts, projects). Then we'll make a plan for the week and also for that day. You'll begin (and sometimes finish) your work in session. In work sessions, you can improve your habits. You can learn to make emotion regulation and helpful self talk part of your study process.

Payment Policies

Baltimore Minds accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield (including CareFirst and Anthem) insurance. Telehealth sessions are covered in Maryland.

For non-BCBS clients, this is a fee-for-service psychotherapy practice with payment made the evening of each appointment. (Credit card is kept on file.)

Out of Network?

Each month, the billing system creates a payment record for you. It's called a "superbill." Non-BCBS clients use the superbill to seek reimbursement.

Dr. Bike is not in other networks, so she cannot guarantee their reimbursement. Ask your carrier about your out-of-network benefits.
